Custard Filling

Recipe
Egg Yolk 25g
Sugar 25g
Cake Flour 10g
Milk 125ml
Unsalted Butter 6g
— Egg中加入Half Sugar 用打蛋器搅拌至颜色变浅,再加入过筛Cake Flour 拌匀
— 锅中放入Milk & Half Sugar 小火加热至锅边缘冒小气泡关火, 倒入蛋奶液中拌匀
— 全部配料倒回锅内小火煮, 不停搅拌至浓稠, 关火
— 放入butter 搅拌融化后,装入消毒过的容器, 表面贴盖保鲜膜放凉, 冷藏可放3天
