Recipe 500g面包用 1份
等重的面粉和水混合,加入非常少的酵母(介于0.08%-1%, 取决于混合主面团前波兰种熟成的时间长度和熟成过程的室温)
Bread Flour 70g
Water 70ml
Instant Yeast 0.4g
水温18℃ 与Yeast拌匀, 加入bread flour搅拌, 盖保鲜膜常温发酵 3 hours, 冰箱隔夜可放置3天
