B: Egg 2 (室温)

Golden Sugar 60g
Salt 2g
C: All Purpose Flour 80g
Baking Soda 4g
Dark Chocolate Chunk 60g
— A 隔水融化
— 打发B类再加入至A中
— 混和C加入巧克力酱中
— 冷冻 3 hours 取出滚圆成团
— 烤箱预热 350℉/ 180℃ 烤16minutes 烤至一半时间转盘180度平转
