Muffin Chocolate/ Tiramisu

Recipe 5 Serving
A: Corn Oil 45ml
Milk 80ml (常温)
Egg 55g or 1 (常温)
Sugar 45g
B: Pastry Flour 55g
Corn Starch 15g
Baking Powder 5g
Cocoa Powder 30g
C: Chocolate Chips Inside 45g
Chocolate Chip Top 20g

— A类搅拌乳化
— B 粉类过筛到巧克力糊中, 再加入Chocolate Chips
— 烤箱预热 350℉/ 180℃ 烤20 minutes 用烘焙针插入muffin 取出无粘粉即可
