Recipe
Chocolate 45g
Whipping Cream 35% 45ml
Sugar 12g
Matcha Powder 2g
Water 25ml

Whipping Cream 225ml

— Matcha powder 加水拌匀
— Chocolate 融化后加入Whipping Cream, Sugar 搅拌
— Matcha 加入到sauce中, 放入容器,表面覆保鲜膜贴紧,晾凉后冷藏
— 使用前将 Sauce与 Whipping Cream打发至8分使用
