Whipping Cream 35% 30ml
Sugar 10g

Whipping Cream 150ml

— Chocolate 融化后加入Whipping Cream, Sugar 搅拌
— 放入容器, 表面覆保鲜膜贴紧, 晾凉后冷藏
— 使用前将 Sauce与 Whipping Cream打发至8分使用
